By downloading, installing, or using DateCalc Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
DateCalc Pro is a date calculation application that allows users to calculate date differences, view live countdowns, and organize saved calculations into groups. The app is provided free of charge.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may use the app without an account. However, saving calculations and creating groups requires signing in with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. We do not store passwords — all authentication is handled by Google.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the app drawer. This permanently removes your saved calculations, groups, user profile, and all associated data from our servers. Re-authentication is required for security purposes.
You retain ownership of all calculations, categories, and data you create in DateCalc Pro. By saving data, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the app's services to you.

DateCalc Pro, including its original content, features, source code, design, branding, and functionality, is owned by Private Cat and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF CALCULATIONS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
DateCalc Pro provides date calculations and countdowns for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee that calculations are error-free. The app should NOT be used for legal, medical, financial, or other critical timing applications. You are responsible for verifying time-sensitive calculations independently.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DATECALC PRO OR ITS DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
